Mastered! Story was alright, but the game is so grindy (starter is level 5, first trainer is level 12, wild pokemon in the first area are 2-5), and having to sit there and redo the final battle just to get pidgeot was a chore.

Mastered! According to RetroArch, this took me 2:15:04 in real time and I finished with a final In-Game time of 9:43.

Overall a fun mini-romhack. I think the Catch 'Em All achievement is annoying, but at least you can rematch the final battle infinitely to speed up the Pidgeot grind.

It's also annoying that you have to beat every trainer in one session: this forces you to grind before entering the Viridian Gym to make sure you can beat the rest of the game without grinding.

Be especially careful with the "Made in Heaven" achievement: it's very easy to overlevel Marowak and miss it.
