These achievements are not specific. What is no upgrading weapons? On FF7 you cannot upgrade any item, just level up materia. What is no "sources"? By herself, means you need to start the fight only with the mentioned character?

My guess is "without upgrading weapons" means using initial equipment.Sources are items that can raise your stats.Some of these achievements seem like you would need to use a glitch so "by herself" might mean other characters glitched out of party.

I thought by themselves just meant as long as they are the only party member alive and participating in battle.

For No Item, Initial Equipment, Command Material Only, will i fail if i use item or magic prior to the boss fight?

For the equipment achievements, does that mean I can't equip accessories? I know I can't use anything other than initial equipment for my characters, just curious about whether accessories are allowed.
