A warning as somebody who just did it: Super Hero Combat difficulty is completely unreasonable. Enemies are absolute aimbots with godly reflexes. It's not fun, just unfair. To properly enjoy the game, please start on a normal difficulty. This was my 3rd or 4th playthrough, so I plowed ahead grudgingly.

Some of the challenges are pretty insane. They really make use of every mechanic in the game, in ways the main campaign doesn't even scratch the surface.
