None of the following achievements below are popping for me at all and I've finished the game 4 times on hard with both the Striker and the Zep.Stage 7 HardStriker WonZep-01 Won

The progress counter is all messed up! Every time I complete a hard mode run the indicator shows Easy and the Steel Empire achievement won't trigger. Why does this keep happening, I've darn well 200%ed this by now.

This is a pretty neat game, I really enjoyed the different aesthetic of it with all the airships.

For the achievements requiring Hard Difficulty, make sure that if you restart the game via Retroarch's Quick Menu that you return to the Options menu and ensure it shows the difficulty correctly. If you do not go to the menu, then the game seems to start on Normal Difficulty even though you may have had it on Hard previously.

Mastered! I swear it feels like parts of the list had text updates - could there possibly have been code updates too, or did I just follow the advice here that well and maybe luck out?
