There's going to be an achievement tied to entering the Ocean Palace.

You will beat the Nus and then you must save (ideally in Zeal Palace). Continue forward to get the next achievement, upon which the game will crash.

You will need to load your save in ZSNES to get into the Ocean Palace and save in the very first room. Then you can go back to another emulator and continue.

RASnes9x and ZSNES have equivalent save structures, so no need to do anything. I do not know how you would transfer RetroArch/RALibRetro or Bizhawke saves from any core into ZSNES. If someone else figures this out, feel free to post!

Also, was the "3 Oboli/Programmer's Room" achievement supposed to unlock immediately after getting all three of them? Considering that to get to the dev room it is also necessary to beat the game I expected it to trigger after the final boss.

Originally, the achievement would have had you enter the room after the credits and it'd unlock there. Then I discovered it doesn't work on Snes9x. Ooof. So it just triggers after getting the third one. Really upset me, as there was a 20th achievement planned specifically within the programmer's room. :(

Yeah, thats a shame. At least ZSNES dependency does not break this hack to the same degree as it does for Crimson Echoes. Otherwise there probably wouldn't be a set at all.

short but very fun hack. If you are on retro arch I recommend using the Russian translation to enter the palace and then changing the save to the standard game.

If you have all 3 of the Obolus coins, you will enter the Programmer's Room after the credits. And I have no plans to revise this any further; everything is basically covered now.
