Mastered. Fishing is still the worst minigame out there, but amassing points for gems makes up for it. Had some problems collecting Miracle Chests, but worked it out through back-up saves. I had weird input lag, but I don't know where the problem was; I know it wasn't like that on real hardware. Kept dropping inputs or somehow they doubled. Demon Shaft was such a slog to go through; by the end, Toan w/ maxed Chronicle Sword can't kill with a full combo, and enemies have worse attack patterns, so I used Poison Apples. Overall, I prefer these achievements over the official PS4 ones. These ones show the content and progression of the game, albeit the RNG and time-sink ones are off-putting.

Thanks for the achievements! Very enjoyable and relaxing game overall. It was my first time playing, so I was worried about the missables and weapon build-up achievements, but neither was too big of a deal. As others have mentioned, fishing, especially in Queens, and completing the Demon Shaft were annoying, but really not too bad to figure out. Osmond with a maxed out Supernova tears through most of the Demon Shaft so that's cool. I always just spammed Dran's Feathers to get through it quickly.

A tip I'll give is: save your power-up powders! You can get all the weapon achievements very easily if you have a weapon or two built up, around 5-10 powders, and a handful of gems. The gems will come naturally with fishing, I had 50-60 after getting the Mardan sword. The powders are very limited though, so try to avoid using them.

Total playtime was around the 70-80 hour mark, fishing and the Demon Shaft were about 10 hours each of that.

Loved the achievement set apart from the "Tough n' Thirsty Thief" achievement. The RNG needed to get the Durable modifier is pretty bad: I had a weapon with every modifier before getting Durable. I managed to get it in the last 10 floors of Demon Shaft fortunately.

As a kid, I gave up in the middle of Demon Shaft so thanks for giving me a reason to finally beat the secret boss.

i kinda cant figure out the weekday achievement. is it staying in dungeon for a specific amount of time/ floors?

You have to defeat only monday-friday without leaving the dungeon. Cant harm Sunday or Saturday at all. Its a little rng, but not too bad.

mastered. awesome game and a great set . 70 hours playtime. I would recommend using synth sphere as much as possible to get your weapons ranked up, the whole game is based around your weapon. you can get quite quick at fishing for mardans with the Mardan Garayans giving you enough to buy 2 gems from your fishing points and the Baron Garayans enough to to buy 6 gems. These are a must for fast weapon upgrades.

I have a quick question. When I first turn the game on the blip pops up saying how many achievements I have, and it says leaderboards are available. However, when I paused the emulator I noticed it said glitch attachment on Toan, Achievements are locked. This was before I had finished watching the opening cutscene. I played until I got into the cave, and it still says I have a glitch attachment on. No matter how many times I try re loading the game it says this even in the main menu. Any ideas on how I could fix this?

On initial testing- as of now it appears having "Fast Boot" unchecked under bios options for pcsx2 will show the bios and give incorrect data. I've fixed the set to allow PS2 boot BIOS.
