Shame AetherSX2 is not being worked on anymore, meaning on Xbox i still have to toe the line with this particular bug. Until i fix my Windows 10 PC i'm stuck that way for now.

Well saving grace is that this bug happens randomly or you can try the solution provided above.
Alternatively since AetherSX2 is based on PCSX2 it should use the same base code/strucutre so you could try copying from PCSX2 GameIndex.yaml ,cheats_ni.zip and cheats_ws.zip and use the new patches on AetherSX2 thou im not sure.

I'll have to look into it, depends on what folders the Xbox gives me access to as well. Still i'm happy with how good emulation is on the Xbox is at this point especially for a closed platform. At worst i'll just have to spin the roulette and deal with it.

Looks like the AetherSX2 has released a surprise update on Xbox so the end game glitch should be no more.

Mastered and I wanted to say this is a really awesome set. I came away from this one feeling like I really know the game top to bottom now so huge props to the person who developed it. Had a great time.

Mastered! This was a pretty fun set. S ranking Battle Mode missions wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Only took a few hours, when I thought it was going to take a few days. lol

Project Zero (Undub v1.3.3) is also supported.
The bug freezing the game when viewfinder is opened during the battle with Kirie was fixed in PCSX2 a year ago.

Great game, great set, the set reflects all the key features of the series. I thank the creator of the set for the pleasure of receiving achievements.
Regarding achievements 9999 and level 20 of combat mode:
1. Be sure to have the Paralysis and Zero add-ons (given for a complete list of spirits)
2. 9999 received at levels 15 and 16 (lol) of combat mode.

I’ve got a question for anyone who can answer. I’ve got AetherSX2 running on Series X and managed to get to night 3 with no problems. However, as soon as I start the Buddha room puzzle (with the ceremonial rope), the game crashes every single time no matter what I try. I have no clue how to fix it and I’m playing just the regular USA version. Should I play the undub with widescreen and fixes version or 1.3.3? Or is there something else I’m missing?

Well I got the undub widescreen and fixes version and the game now plays fine all the way up to the end and crashes at the credits. I’m pretty sure it’s not required for any achievements (like full game S rank) as I can still skip that cutscene and view the results screen. Anyone who needs to know, get the undub with fixes if you want to avoid any potential issues that I had.
