Do you mean the measured bar is showing 100% but it's not unlocking? Or something else? I was able to unlock it in my most recent playthrough so not entirely sure where the issue may be. If you can give me a little more information I will do my best to figure it out.

the achievement is buggy only takes on softcore does not break on hardcore...

Dip switch settings must be at default for the achievements to function. I have made adjustments to the achievements - two player is now allowed. Though "I Am the Storm" and "Weapon Master" require player one to be the one to do their requirements. When fighting bosses, the hits combine so if player 1 takes 2 hits and player 2 takes 3 hits, that is 5. I slightly lowered Obsessive's requirement; hopefully that makes it more achievable. There should be no difference between softcore and hardcore, not sure why it's doing that. If you run into any issues, please let me know. Thanks. :)

I have tried all possible cores (MAME and FinalBurn) and I can't get the achievements to work. I can play the game, but retroarch says it has no achievements. Any tips?

Just wanna say thanks to this site I discovered this gem. It has an awesome soundtrack and just the right amount of silly but being one of the best beat em ups out there. This should've came to the USA.
