I think the easiest way is to be in 1st place without any opponents near you, then intentionally crash into something slightly before the finish line and then run the remaining meters to cross the finish line

For anybody wondering how to qualify Level 5 easily, I can tell you.
The last kilometers are the most important, as people say, and it's true.
You can be in 8th place at all times until you reach around 125-130 km on your Odometer. Once that happens spend all your Nitro to get to first place, not caring about anything, just try your best to get to first. You'll notice it's really easy to get to first place if you try to do this method, and you don't even have to contest your first place at all, since you'll be at the finish line already! As for getting to 125 km, just drive carefully. Assuming you have the Diablo N, you can drive at 140-100 km/h with no problem, and stay in an acceptable position (Like 8th or even 10th) to conserve Bike Health.

I remember mastering all three Genesis ports of Road Rash with music turned off. I can't stand the BGM there and I passed some DnB to my receiver, but left SFX on my PC speakers to hear the cops.

Currently in the process of doing this one. I'm on level 3 so far and have never seen this far into the game.
- Tap the buttons, don't just hold the accelerate button and hope for the best. When you use a nitro and you reach max speed, let go of the accelerator and let the bike go itself.
- If you're using the Diablo 1000 N as I am (the game's most expensive bike) it's super easy to fall off at too hard a turn. Is this the same for the other nitro bikes/Wild Thing?
- The Wild Thing is too fast, don't even bother with it. It's impossible to control.
- Sven and Jorg need to be added to more Top Ten Villains lists. fxxk those guys.

can't seem to get "Officer Down" to work. I keep knocking the cop off his motorcycle, but it never gives me the achievement. Is there more to it than that?

@CrazyLi I remember I had the same issue, but been a long time and can't remember how I got it in the end. Try one of the following:

1. Try beating them with each of these: fists/ club /chain
2. Try with a cop on a different level, possibly 5
3. I think cops have different names, maybe try it with another cop? Pay attention to their name as you hit them. May vary according to track and/or level.
