In the Japanese version, the normal level is 4 or 2? Can I change the turbo in the dipswitch or can I only change the difficulty?

I can only open the game through retroarch, because RALibretro is not loading arcade games. Can you tell me where to find roms compatible with the core version used in RALibretro? I'd like to do a test to see if the problem is the rom version or not.

I can't actually PLAY the game so I need help... @.@I need a Core on RetroArch somwhere to find the ROM.I tried more than 5 different sites, and none of those ROMs worked. Can someone help?

I agree, its to complicated for the limited functions of RAToolkit.I suggest to find a Dev who has the time to nuke the set from the Site and replacing it with Progression Cheevos.I am no longer a Dev so i am not gonna do it.
