Mastered! on 2024-03-09, while a technical masterpiece on GBA, its almost to a fault with some really jank platforming...Act 5 was pain for me but i enjoyed the game. Nice straightforward set too! gg

Just mastered! This game is quite the experience considered it is for GBA. The controls are pretty janky and you can easily miss a simple jump with them; and then Act 5 is indeed punishing and also is the Act with most levels with 6.
The OB-Sleigh levels can be sometimes annoying but they are also pretty fun while having some more technical bends and jumps.
On a side note as of currently the VBA-M core does not play the cutscenes other than the introductory one, I used the mGBA core instead and had no problems with it.

Mastered! I had mixed feelings about this one. The game is fun, but completing OB-Sleigh can be a chore. You can hold down on the d-pad to make Obelix go slower, it helps A LOT, beware that some jumps requires full speed.

Other than pushing blocks and breaking walls, Obelix is useless, he has the same strenght of Asterix without the double jump and torch, what a waste.

Combos till Egypt aren't that useful, devastator is the only one that I used, mostly in Rome Act V (game dev throws EVERYTHING at you there, aside from his mom LOL).

You gain absolutely NOTHING completing OB-Sleigh mode, but retroachivements saves the day here.

After making a set for ps2 game i had to take a look at the gba one. Impressive i am.gonna say but i hooe.the game will never turn bullshit hard with these lomg stages no checkpoints lol
