the joey challenge alone makes this one of my favorite sets especially since i hadnt actually tried some of the more nuanced glitches for myself, i will more than likely work towards mastery but i have now beaten the joey challenge

Mastery #40! It was really fun planning out a single playthrough for this, and really liberating to completely tear the game apart. The point total being 151 is also a very cute touch. Thank you for allowing me to squeeze out a tiny bit more value from Gen 1.

@supersharpy64 Unless you can link me to the page, no, it doesn't. I already checked. There's a SUBSET for Midori, but there is no main page for the game as far as I can find. It's not listed in the game list nor does it show up in searches, nor can a main page be reached from the subset page.

Mastered! Great trying it without the use of any use of 8f. Rattata run was very fun and required interesting ways of beating the elite 4 and other gym leaders. Maybe some day i will do this again but use 8f to beat the game and see how it compares. Hoping for more subsets like this one in other pokemon games.

As the last person to master this set in this moment, I think I have the right to say this: "Speedrun?" cheevo is really poorly made. What I mean by this, is that I was able to beat the game with less than a minute on the clock by making use of Arbitrary Code Execution (several times, I might add), and yet, the cheevo didn't pop up. Seriously, if you're not allowed to use ACE for that specific cheevo and you're only allowed to do it in a very specific way, it should say so in the description itself.

My point is that the description of that cheevo is really poorly redacted, as accomplishing what it says, doesn't necessarily give you that achievement if you used ACE.

Nice and easy mastery! I'm already well-acquainted with all of the glitches showcased here, and since I had already utilized the long-range trainer glitch extensively to fill out my Pokedex in the main set all that was left to do was patch the rom and continue my nearly completed dex over here =)
