I can't figure out the controls for this one, I pick up the money pouch at the start but it never lets me put it in my inventory

Yeah, the PSX controls are difficult to get used to. Luckily since it's point and click you can press wrong buttons without consequence.

This game has mouse support too, in retroarch you can change to it going to quick menu > controls > port 1 controls > device type. I also recomend overclocking the cpu a bit with the Beetle core to make the mouse nice and smooth.

Fun game, but I feel no shame in having to resort to a guide. My brain is just not advanced enough to figure it out.
