Glitch? I started this game for the first time on Retroarch using Duckstation and it automatically gave me achievements for max friendships for about 6 people. I reset them since I never even played the game til now. I don't want that to happen every time I play the game though.

Tried running the game through both Duckstation and Retroarch (Beetle PSX core) with no luck.The achievements aren't loading using the regular US version.

Thank you for your work on this set. It's one of my favorite games and it was a lot of fun playing it again with achievements.

Do these achievements not work on Duckstation? I enter the game but it doesn't load the achievements

Achievement is not currently working on RetroArch 1.13 - try older version. I'm using RetroArch 1.11 - Swanstation and is should be working fine. Do update if it is now working for 1.13

I made a little revision in the set. Added the Popuri's Question achievement, when i made the set i forgot to include it in the final release. And added too Measured conditions at achievements related to Power Berries and friends affection.

Because of an error on some achievements on Duckstation emulator, and as i don't have access to memory editor of the emulator for possibly fix this errors, i suggest for all people who play the game to use other emulator or core. And avoid to make tickets if you are using Duckstation. Sorry for the incovenience.

The issue with the hash being different for some people was fixed here: https://github.com/RetroAchievements/rcheevos/pull/216 - everyone just needs to update RetroArch to the latest nightly or the next stable build once it is released.

This set was fun up to a certain point and I'm going to warn anyone who goes for this set upfront to avoid heartache;

For 100% completion, you are required to get 88% AND all Power Berries, even if the berries aren't counted towards in game 88% due to glitches.

Another thing to look out for is having 1 small stone from your farm and 2 pieces of chocolate. Don't break all the small stones on your farm, just in case, and have at least two girls at purple/blue heart by Winter 14th. You need them at red heart anyway, so in year 1 leave two of them once they get to Blue Heart for a larger window of error. I heard one of the ores in the mine counts as a stone, but can't confirm it for myself. You might also be able to get the chocolate needed from your wife if you lower her hearts down enough, but that's an absolute last resort if it even works.

Otherwise, the rest of the trophies are easier to clean up should you mess up, but I had to warn anyone going for this set about the 100% missables. Sitting through a whole extra 4 years of 100% requirements was miserable just for 2 achievements.
