It's extremely sad how perfect this mastery badge and nobody has even got close to mastering this. You legit have ten achievements users haven't revived yet in hardcore, I honestly don't think I have ever seen this in RA for a retail game. Hopefully the dev tones down the achievements so people can actually start mastering this game instead of just being left alone in the dark.

@TrashCity I was already thinking about just that, and I decided to tone down some of the challenges (details are on the official forum topic). Unfortunately I can't do much about the lack of people beating funny difficulty since that difficulty is a fundamental part of the game and thus necessary for mastery. Hopefully my changes will make the set less intimidating though.

Those seem like solid changes to me! Thanks for taking to take to look into those, really respect that! I understand what you mean about funny difficulty. I will give this set a go just for the badge alone sometime! Plus it looks like you have done a solid job, so far it seems the only ones that haven't been unlocked are the funny difficulty time will tell if users can do it in hardcore mode!

No problem! And glad to hear you're interested in trying the set yourself. It can be tricky to balance a set between difficulty and user experience, and apparently (based on user stats) this game is one of the more difficult shmups to exist. After looking into it some more, I'm going to merge the hard and funny difficulties stage completion achievements. That should make this set MUCH more reasonable while still keeping the challenge level high to ensure mastery is well-earned. Details again are on the forum topic.
