Looks like I'm stuck after beating Iceman. I only get rivals I've already beaten. Map full of greens. Still missing rival #123 and Rings leader. Any tips?

Same thing happened to me. After beating ZERO, the last rival of the Rings didn't wanted to spawn after multiple reloads. Then, I changed the course to be inverted and it appeared, I'm not sure if doing that affects the spawn of some rivals, just keep trying.

Finally got it, thanks! I did try inverted once before, but it didn't spawn then. So I thought, maybe it doesn't matter. Still not 100% sure if it was about that, but it worked. :)

Mastered! The quick race achievement felt like a drag, but surprisingly, even if there is only 1 track available having almost no downtime made it really fun to complete.
