This was a lot of fun! The game had definite improvements to the original, like Dry Dry Desert and the additional challenges and battles! The Luigi No Exp Challenge, was, I think, probably easier than playing the game normally, since unlimited BP ...

... does make Mario very powerful. But it was fun playing an overpowered Mario fighting overpowered enemies! Now, I hear about a "Master Quest" hack too? Hope to have a set to encourage me to play that too!

Mastery #237: I love the original Paper Mario, but I haven't really delved into any romhacks for the game. Despite the increase in difficulty, this was a very fun experience for me and the Luigi Challenge was an unexpectedly fun mechanic change. Although I did have a few crashes from some enemies, such as the duplighosts, Super Jr. Troopa's fight with Zap Tap, but most of the game went fine. I'd highly recommend this for players that want a bigger challenge than the original game. Thanks for the set!

Is Luigi challenge post game? I'm unfamiliar with this hack, but it's listed as missable.

For this hack and MasterQuest hack, you have the option to select Luigi's Challenge during the opening sequence in Peach's Castle by talking to Luigi. I believe you can use the Luigi Challenge and still earn all the other achievements as you would in a normal playthough, but I would recommend doing two full playthroughs (with and without Luigi Challenge) to fully experience the hack.

Why is this scored so low? It's weird that everything is like between 1 or 5 points, of course we do have our outliers that are 10s and 25s, but what the heck?

To answer your question: With Luigi's Challenge, you can stack with the normal play cheevos with the Luigi's Challenge cheevos~. So you can get 2 cheevos for the price of one boss fight~
