2. Rayman is frame-independant, the game doesn't run slower in the PAL release like other titles, only choppier. It's objectively worse and that's why (USA) is a standard here.

Mastered! Damn what a fun set of Achievements though someone really needs to fix that "Globox... why so many babies?!" Achievement not being able to pop at all if you missed a couple Lums in the shell riding part it doesn't pop at all if you collect the last couple Lums or Lum you missed if your riding on the shell for whatever reason ^^'

My bad, you're right. It is a standard. The original set was written with PAL in mind, however, and given that the toolset is rather poor at supporting multiple regions at present, there's no plan to support the U.S. version at this time.
