Great game. Congrats for the initiative. I didn't know how exactly attain nine R-9's if the maximum amount of ships allowed are seven. I mastered the game, but didn't receive the badge.

You can actually get up to 8, I accidentally thought 9 since this game counts from 1 not "zero" so I demoted that achievement. There were 2-3 achievements that didn't make the core set. You sure you didn't get the badge? Try loading the game up

Your "Back Defense" cheevo is not in hardcore on your play history, load the game up and do that (as silly as it sounds) to get the badge. Should work.

I also used gxplus and it worked for me. Maybe you should open a ticket then. Sounds weird.

I'd love to see these ported to the original Arcade version. This Master System port is actually pretty good but it simply can't compete with the 16bit graphics and sound from the original.
