i left the ancient cave out because i though it was near impossible to reach the last level (in one run without dying and saving) playing over 8 hours in a row.

Something related to Iris treasures obtained would also be pretty good. Those should be trivial to check for.

aw man, wish I saw the achievements with the rare drops before beating them. That's what I get for trying to avoid spoilers :P Do I have to beat them and get it in the first encounter or can I get it in a refight later?

Great Set! Though you should re-word the "Millionaire" achievement to simply "Have 1000000 coins", because that's all it takes. Winning a million coins is a whole nother thing with this game.

Set deserves a few more points for the work required, especially ancient cave. Getting the dragon eggs should be more. This game deserves at least a few hundred more points. The set ITSELF is fine, just double up the points to match up other reworks

Collecting the dragon eggs and making 4 wishes should def be bumped up to 25 points at least. That thing takes forever and is harder than lufia 1 collecting.

@ jNasty - If you don't have a save from before Level 10, you can probably try tackling it once you beat the game, and have access to "Reset" mode. That mode gives 2x or 4x to EXP gained, IIRC.

well I started this game 2 years ago and i finally came back n mastered it, great set! still think the egg dragon should be worth at least 25 points not 10 simply from the hunt + the fight itself

@Altomar, oh, so that's where I had gotten the BPS version from... let me amend what I originally said, then:

IMPORTANT: The achievements will not work if you patch the game with the IPS version, which is the one that is most conventionally found on the Internet. You NEED the BPS version, which is linked in the first post of the forum. Happy gaming!

Mastered! What a great game, it surpasses Lufia 1 in everything, there are no more random encounters in the dungeons, since (as in Chrono Trigger) you can decide whether to fight or not, in the overworld the enemies do not appear every 3 steps, the UI is beautiful, the color palette too, the characters are much better in my opinion, especially Dekar, what a good character, and what a good design. As for the Acient Cave... ufff, at first it's nothing special, but from the 70th floor it becomes super complicated, also, you need some luck, because if you arrive without 2 Gades Blades or without Dekar blade and adding Tweak... it is very difficult to defeat Master Jelly.
