For some reason when I type in Toriyama into the enter your name screen it doesn't give me the achievement.
Edit: Nevermind. I had to actually enter the game with that name. Loto, Link, and Enix popped when I got to the choose message speed screen.

Changed a few things:
1. Merged Japanese version and fixed compatibility
2. Updated rule set for name achievements so that they all unlock when the game is started, rather than some of them unlocking earlier, exclude some false positives by making sure that shorter names don't have trailing characters, and support Japanese names in a way that does not introduce false positives in the US version. One of them has to be roughly abbreviated in a way that is easy to guess and should not be a big deal, another (the longer one that starts with E) is too long, so must either be abridged or approximated. I don't want to "spoil" it here, and anyone stuck trying to find it can switch to the US version for this, but message me if you can read Japanese and want to help find a better solution.
3. Display the player name with Rich Presence, the lookup table contains both the Japanese and US tables, but they overlap, so I am tentatively differentiating between versions using the value at 0x6032 (FF in US but sometimes resets briefly on the title screen, 00 in JP from what I've seen). It displays the first 4 characters of the player's name, similarly to the in-game menu, omitting the last 4 characters of the name in the US version (JP is 4 characters only). Displaying the last 4 characters introduces inaccuracies due to the weird memory management in the US version. If you make changes to this, do not modify the addresses used for the first 4 characters to avoid breaking the JP version.

Sorry, I'm new here, so forgive me if I'm missing something, but since you guys are aware of Project Re-Quest, does that mean I should be able to unlock achievements when using that rom hack? I just tried it in RANes and it gives me the option to test compatibility, but the achievements don't actually show up on on my profile.
Thanks

@AustNerevar It doesn't work because, they have updated the patch recently, and the new hash has not been linked to this set yet.
A Dev/Admin/Mod would need to update the hash so it will work again.
