I made a set for this, enjoy! I used a rom called "The Urbz - Sims in the City (E)(Rising Sun)", with md5 of 0821eea9bf87804ec1d700ec458a04e5.
Let me know if there's any issues with the achievements unlocking at weird times or not at all.
Oh, and for reading this, you get a few hints:
1. There's missables - if you're planning on going for 100% (it's not too hard honestly), keep , , and in mind before you play. Simply Xizzlin' is easy enough, just try not to spend any Xizzle Beads - by maxing out every relationship you get I think 29, plus you can find them in various places, so you've got a decent amount of leeway anyway.
I <3 Trash sounds simple enough, but the problem is that there's a glitch in the game that prevents trash piles from spawning after a certain amount of time....or goals completed? No one's really sure, but for me it happened around day 40. You need 100 trash piles to complete one of the Artsies' rep goals anyway, so just collect them if you see any and never sell any until you need to for that rep goal. Other recyclable items are fine to sell, but you might want to hang onto any Bog Frogs you find because you need them for a Nerdie rep goal (though they don't glitch out thankfully).
Master of Seduction isn't really that missable since you'd only have to replay the first 30-45 min to get it, so if you want to get it on your first playthrough just make sure to play as a male and romance the four women in the picture (Kris, Sue, Lily, and Misty) before leaving King Tower. You're forced to leave after the 4th goal of Chapter 1. By the way, "romance" in this case just means having their background change to hearts while talking to them - I don't think it actually does anything really.
2. is only possible after beating the game, so don't worry about it until then. is done after unlocking Glasstown. is doable after getting to the Bayou in chapter 4 I think.
3. The minigame achievements, like , are only possible in the main menu under the "minigames" section. I wanted to have people be able to do them in-game too, but the memory for minigames was really tricky so this was the best way I could make it work. Make sure to play on the highest difficulty for all of them. I might add leaderboards for 6 or 7 of the minigames eventually, but I can't think of a good way to implement them right now, so meh, oh well.
Just as an aside, it's not really important, but I'll probably fix some of the issues with the borders on some of the achievement badges. I just took a ton of screenshots really quickly and edited all the badges in an hour or two so they kinda look bad, but whatever, they're functional.
Oh, and thanks again to MeCKooLL for starting the code notes! It helped save an hour or two of time for sure.

Just completed this set, thanks for the work on it, this was a pretty entertaining game to play when I was younger and still is a lot of fun, the set is very fun to do overall.
Sad part is that the game is notorious for being a buggy mess at some points, the trash vanishing problem is well known but it's the least important of all actually... Toward the end of the game, you can get totally blocked at some point and be unable to complete the game, there's a glitch during chapter 5 where Darius won't come back to welcome you at the theatre if you didn't come dressed in black the first time, I think it's related to what you have in your inventory for some reasons (because of the cinema ticket you have to give to your date perhaps, not sure...), so be sure to have enough inventory space all the time.
If this happens to you, you should be able to get the time machine in the bikers garage without even completing any of the previous objectives, problem is, all the objectives triggers will be messed up and you'll not be able to do anything as the roof will not be cleared to put the time machine on. The game is fucked up at this point, so don't save your progress, or better, have two saves at once.
Also, if your pockets are full when completing the bayou quest where you have to get the brothers locket with the red man, you'll get a bugged "2nd half locket", that you can't sell, store, or anything. It's stuck forever in your inventory, except if you can put it in the first place of your inventory, fill the rest with anything then talk to the pet seller. Even if you're full, try to buy a dog or anything, it will say your pockets are full but you'll be able to enter your pet's name. Do it two or three times, and you should get rid of the locket...
Last but not least, and I had trouble with it, if you want to befriend Harlan King after beating the game, you'll probably have a hard time doing it. First of all, he's nowhere to be found in the streets, you have to invite him to your house, but I'm not sure it's supposed to be possible in the first place. When he comes to your house, the final dialogue with him will trigger without other interaction possible, and you'll get sent to the lost island with the dancing animals where Daddy Bigbucks is at the end of the game... Problem is, there's no boat to get back from this island. Wait to pee on yourself to be sent to jail, problem solved, but after that I never managed to call Harlan King once again, he never came back to my house. I completed this objective by calling him just after I rescued him in Bigbucks's laboratory. I don't think there's any other way to do it.
You should rework this specific objective, either by downgrading 100 relation points to 50 or to add a specific description on when to call him to get the achievement, 'cause it's clearly a missable and the poor guy is bugged after you beat the game for no reason.
The game is notorious for being unpolished at some points but playing with this set in mind, it gets problematic for some specific achievements...

That's interesting, I hadn't really looked into the game's bugs at all since the only one I personally encountered was the trash thing (which happens to basically everyone it seems). I'll consider decreasing that Harlan King one (or adding to its description) if other people report that same problem, but I didn't encounter it and no one else on here seems to have mentioned it so maybe it's not too common of a bug. Either way, it really sucks, though that game-breaking one sounds even worse. I'm glad I didn't manage to encounter either.

IIRC, the trash disappears just when chapter 2 ends... I remember this one from my first playthrough, not the other ones, I don't think it happened to me before.
I've looked up for all these bugs when it happened, various users reported these problems on some boards, it doesn't seem to be VERY common but still too much for a "big" commercial title :>
I found a video showing the theatre one, + early time machine trigger and roof problem after that. Sorry for the awful quality and user edits, couldn't find anything else...
Anyway, not much you can do about these ones, still better to report them, perhaps that will help some users.
About Harlan King, when did you managed to befriend him ? I've looked up for this one a lot but no clear answers found, some says they never managed to invite him, others said he's just a story PNJ with no more dialogue importance than the first time you meet him (when you're trapped), another player reported the problem I had years ago... ( http://www.neoseeker.com/forums/20891/t506338-harlan-king/ ) I just loaded my backup save to invite him after the laboratory escape but had a really hard time to do it, worked a single time on many attempts...
Oh also, forgot to mention it, triggered randomly when I fucked up my first playthrough by finding the time machine way too early, probably not a big deal but still better to mention it.

I think the trash disappeared for me early on in chapter 4 (shortly after running is outlawed), it's interesting that it went away so early for you. My guess is that it definitely has to do with the amount of days that pass in-game, since I was rushing through most of the game while making the set.
I had no problems with Harlan King personally, I just invited him over after the game ended and maxed him out in a few minutes if I remember correctly. I'm kinda curious if anyone else that got 100% had the same issue you had, it doesn't sound too uncommon based on that thread.
I'll look into 1984, it should also check that you've beaten the game so I'm surprised it popped early. The other time machine achievement is basically the same but just checks for different locations, so maybe adding an extra condition to both would make them less prone to randomly popping. :P

I've been playing this game for like 2 hours trying to find out how you are supposed to talk to Sue Pirnova to unlock master of seduction before leaving the tower... HOW DO YOU TALK TO HER IM GOING CRAZY.

It's been a while since I played the game but if i remember correctly she appears on the kingtower's gym (its the bottom floor I think) and sometimes in the entrance of the tower.
She isn't very common to get across though, you best bet would be to check those two places regularly with fast forward or just stay in place and wait for her. she does have kind of a schedule but I don't really know how it works.

I remember that this one was random and awful to get yes, she's in the gym early in the morning if im correct, around 4am maybe, but it's not everytime and occurs at random
