It is recommended not to do Tartarus first as this will cause the shard achievements to not trigger correctly since the game doesn't track them per location but in order.
The only way I can make it work as I can see right now is by forcing the game to have to be played in a single session and I'm not willing to put that through.

Dropping claim. Unfortunately I've lost interest. I can send whoever is going to pick it up my script for 99% of Snow Queen quest if anyone wants to continue. Made it to the ice palace before giving up on the set.

Added Persona Music Restoration Patch v15 [with menu music].

I don't see any problems with memory so far. If anyone have any issues let us know and make sure to provide us with a save before the point the achievement is supposed to trigger.
To patch it you can use this online Rom Patcher to apply the xdelta from Restoration Patch v15
I have only linked the version with menu music
