Nope, Spiritomb can't be obtained legit in the save because it requires to meet people in the underground which is impossible without multiplayer

How to get Spiritomb in this case:

You'll need:
2 Consoles (DS or 3DS)
R4 Cartridge (Works with SD Card)
1 Game (Pearl, Diamond or Platinum)

Transfer the rom and the save file to the R4

Play the game in the R4 on the Console and connect multiplayer with the other game (Connect both consoles to the same Wi-fi for Local Connection)

Do all the process to catch Spiritomb

Transfer back to the PC or whatever device you're playing on to get the achievements

You'll don't need to do this to get this achievement but this is a good way to get trade pokemon and even play with your save file on an actual DS

There are also cheating softwares that force evolution like you can force your zubat to evolve into Mewtwo at any level you select but I don't like using those
