fwiw it's not just win with 9 points, it's win owning all 9 cards played on the board

Can confirm, the description of the achievement is innacurate, and extremely misleading.

You can get 9 points thanks to same/plus, even when the AI gets to place the card last, making it so not the entire board is completely blue. Now you still get the 9 points the the cheevo asks for, but it won't pop because the AI got to play last.

Please, update the description of the achievement, or change the logic of the trigger, either or.

That doesn't pop the cheevo, even tho the description only asks for a win with 9 points.
