This includes leveling up GFs. So these achievements require that you never junction throughout your playthrough.

The only exp I earned was from the forced battle before this boss, no level ups nor junctions were used and still it didn't triggered.

Damn, it was hard :) Just got it, and here a few my notes.
I use TitanCannon4 NLNJ FAQ, and I advise use it for yourself too. First of all you CAN get 372 exp for the Base leader fight, just save near and reset until you have properly exp. There no special tactics just kill them like you want, of course all exp get only Irvine.
After 372 exp explore 3 panels in first room, THEN go back to hall and SAVE!

Set battle speed to slowest!

Revive Zell and stay him in critical condition, full heal Irvine, revive Selfie, full heal her then go into random encounter and beat Selfie until 340-350 HP stay. Why? Cause boss deal about 320 dmg to selfie, this is safer then let her in critical condition. If you get hit to Selfie you can start her slot and have a few seconds to pull something good, even The End can be rolled, I was sleepy and miss it :)
in my last battle I just use thandara, no luck with -ga spell.
Main damage dealer Zell, you can lower his HP in random encounter to lowest possible.
In Duel limit I used 2 moves "right - left" and "up - down".
On paper it's look easy, but it took for me about 12 hours to beat that boss x_x
