    So what exactly do you have to do get this? I figure it was beat chameleon arm before he ever goes invisible, but i beat him and i didnt get it? I beat him with a partner and I was hammer if that mattered.

    its pretty simple, just use the paint ability.

    Use Paint on Chameleo Arm. Swallow one of the colored balls he spits to get it.
