In the off chance you're like me; Remember, you have to talk to the owner of the battle tower (who appears near the front desk once you have your win-streak) to get the silver shield.

In order to obtain this you need:

1. Glass ornament from the paintings.
2. Silver shield from the Battle Tower, you'll need a 50 winning streak (lv. 50 or 100, doesn't matter) for this. There's an anticheat in place if you don't. Idk why you would cheat, but just so you know.
3. Blue tent from the trick house.
4. Go to the Slateport Market and start buying everything from top to bottom. When going down the shopping list, the achievement will pop.
