NOOO!!! I got 9.56 as well...(ExistentOne).
I used to do the course a lot back in the GBA and still remember it!! I know where I could do it better but it fills so weird on keyboard and the right hand :P (but much better than the no-feedback phone screen).
Anyway I love that you included it as an achievement!

ok i got it 9.43 although i had to do a little corection..
The most important is to know where the cyclists will be, so just try to remember it.
--maybe a was over-dramatic with the "NOOO!!" before--

It took me about 20 tries but I managed to get 9.43 seconds. The key is making the first downward turn as soon as possible and getting lucky that the NPC doesn't get in your way. On one attempt I had 0 collisions and did everything else as soon as possible but I only got a time of 9.83 seconds.

Tip for anyone on retroarch, go to latency in settings and turn on Run-Ahead, and adjust the number of frames to like 2 - 4 to reduce as much input lag as possible. Makes this MUCH more managable.

my advice is to ko the trainers on the route before attempting this otherwize you also hafta avoid their line of sight which can add extra annoyance onto the attempt

lol i thought this was gonna be hard but it took me like 10 tries, its really not that bad. Just make sure you have the correct bike of course

Memorize the route and think quickly about how to use the control pad. Required a few tries.

9.38 for me. Mach bike is the best bike for this. Small tricks and hints:

the first biker is in the middle of the path. So going all the way left is the best way.

after the first biker be fast and left. Normally the biker there will block your way. But if you are fast enough. You can be in front of him.

Then the big open spot...kinda easy.

After that part there is again an small road. Try to stick in the middle for this.

And the last part, notice how to ride and ya easy to go :D

Honestly the hardest part is the first biker. No idea what her problem is randomly blocking you but a few tries and you can probably do it.
