Pokemon needed are:
Makit the Makuhita in Rustoro
Skitit the Skitty in Fortree
Coroso the Corsola in Pacifidlog
Lileep/Anorith from Root/Claw fossil, respectively
Castform from Weather Institute
Wynaut from the egg given in Lavaridge
Beldum in Mossdeep

This unlocked for me on the last in-game trade (as @RaNBOY said) before getting the Beldum.
I reset the achievement and the game without saving so I will probably get it after getting the Beldum.

This also unlocked for me by gathering all except for Beldum. I'll also note that the Wynaut egg does not need to be hatched, for any future curious on-lookers.

Unlocked without Beldum too, for some reason. Probably bugged, leaving it here!

looks like it happens to most players, for some reason when you start the game it already is at 1/7 so by collecting any of the 6 required pokemon the cheevs is unlocked, beldum is usually not required because it is the last one avaibable and most player collect the other ones before.

I think the edited achievement logic from early December made this unachievable... it was at 1/7 after getting Castform, then when I got Beldum it showed 1/7 again and now after getting all the Pokemon Yoshi mentioned above I'm stuck at 6/7... :(

Luckily I had a backup save from before beating the Pokemon League, so here's the order in which I acquired them to get the achievement:

1/7 when I loaded my backup save in which I was standing in front of the League entrance, ready to beat it, having previously acquired Castform
Then I got the fossil and gave it to the guy in Rustboro (still 1/7)
2/7 after getting the Wynaut egg
3/7 after trading Pikachu for Skitty
4/7 after trading Bellossom for Corsola
5/7 after trading Slakoth for Makuhita
6/7 after picking up the revived Fossil
Then I beat the League (still 6/7)
7/7 after picking up Beldum and the achievement popped

Friendly reminder to create backups of your save files from time to time! :)

i make all the trades and i still stuck in 6/7,also have beldum and castform

It may have something to do with the TV post-game. It didn't reduce my count to 5/7 until I interacted with the TV.
