I got 176 Pokemon and I have no idea how to get the last one. Among the possible ones, without the external and exclusive exchanges, only Delcatty is missing, but Jigglypuff has already evolved with Moon Stone. How can I have any that I don't know I can get in this version?

Nevermind. I forgot that you can evolve Feebas if you leave beauty at its maximum and raise its level. It was the Pokemon I was missing.

I have 176 pokemon without trading and I can't figure out the 177th. Are either jirachi or deoxys necessary for this achievement?

I got all those but I just realized from the other achievement that you can actually get rayquaza without trading. I thought he was exclusive to emerald

Pokemon that require trade evolution, trading, or the second use of a moonstone aren't required. Having completed it now I can verify that you can complete it without any interaction with another player or game session

One doubt. If I ever do i trade (say, I trade a Kadabra in order to get Alakazam), would it ruin the achievement?

I think so. (I'm just assuming from this point, so feel free to correct me) The achievement logic would make sure you have specific Pokemon in the Pokedex, with all possible combinations (What starter you chose, which fossil you revived and which Moon Stone evolution you obtained, making 12 unique combinations). So you missed say, Tropius and obtained an Alakazam through trading and got 177 Pokemon with that Alakazam replacing Tropius's caught entry, you would not get the achievement since the achievement logic does not expect you to obtain an Alakazam. Even if you were to trade in a Pokemon you already obtained holding a Moon Stone, you would not get the achievement if you got the second Moon Stone evolution. Same goes for trading in another starter or the other fossil Pokemon.
Tl;dr: You have to register every Pokemon in your Pokedex using just one save file.

If I trade a pokemon that can be obtained in ruby, like a zigzagoon from sapphire or emerald, can I still get the achievement?
