    Go to the Pokemon Center in Petalburg City, speak to the man next to the PC and tell him your profile is "Mystery Event is Exciting" and he will tell you you're in the Mystery Event club. Saved you a google :)

    So i just started Ruby and this achievement doesnt work right away. I guess you need to meet certain requeriments first

    Started a new game, and tried to get this achievement but it did not unlock from the start

    You need to beat Norman of the 5th gym first to be able to unlock mystery gift
