    It's in Sootopolis City. The house is next to Poke Center.

    You can get a guaranteed Barboach encounter by using the Super Rod on Route 111 north of Mauville City. Unfortunately, the only place to get Shroomish is a 15% encounter in Petalburg Woods (your odds don't improve by using repels) I was able to get the barboach first try but I had to catch 12 shroomish before I got it to work :(

    Got the Shroomish on the first try but had to catch like 4 other Barboach for this to unlock.
