Which team is the best to achieve this achievement?

I beat this using Rarronak's team from the Champion of Champions achievement thread with some slight variations. I led with Metagross with Metal Coat and the moves Double Team, Meteor Mash, Hyper Beam, and Earthquake (you get Metal Coat from wild Magnemite via Thief). My IVs were average but great in Attack and Special Attack but unfortunately my Metagross had a Quiet nature so some Pokemon outsped me. I EV trained speed and attack and was able to OHKO many Pokemon with just Meteor Mash or Earthquake. My second was Milotic with Leftovers and the moves Surf, Recover, Refresh, and Toxic. Milotic was generally great for Toxic stalling opponents (and it was unfortunately my only counter to Shedinja). I soft reset my Feebas many times until I got one with generally great IVs and a Quirky nature. I EV trained speed and special attack. My third was Latios with Calm Mind, Thunderbolt, Psychic, and Dragon Claw. As I mentioned in the Professional Catcher achievement thread, I got almost the worst IVs possible with 0-2 in every stat except HP. Even so, by EV training speed and Special Attack my Latios was thankfully good enough to outspeed and OHKO many Pokemon with Psychic and Thunderbolt. This team has pretty great coverage and I usually had an answer to everything. A big concern is that Milotic is the only one that can damage Shedinja normally and it would get two-shotted by Shedinja's hyper beam. In the event Milotic faints, my only option is to switch to Metagross and PP stall with Double Team which is not a great answer. Milotic and Metagross with Double Team are decent answers to Wobbuffett, and my team rarely took super effective damage. Luckily, it seems that good IVs are not necessary for the Battle Tower in this game unlike Level 10 mode in Crystal version. If you're going to use this team, remember to delay Metang's evolution to Level 50 as Metagross does not learn Meteor Mash until Level 55. Also, you most evolve Feebas before Level 15 so that it learns Refresh.

To speed up the process of training three Pokemon all the way to Level 100, I recommend using a team of 4-5 Zigzagoons and the Pokemon you're training. After each battle, check your party to see if the Zigzagoons picked up any Rare Candies. I did this throughout my entire playthrough and managed to get ~140 rare candies. With my team from above, I grinded experience on Milotic (it's in the fastest exp group of the three) and used rare candies to bring all three up to Level 100 once I had enough.
