Black Belt is in Route 115, just beat this Kung-Fu trainer many times until you will face 3 final pokemons. Use Thief to steal Black Belt from Machamp. Make sure that your Pokemon doesn't hold any item.

How can I get Rematch faster? Just enter Route 120 and leave it and re-enter, just repeat the many steps until you get a Rematch (check Pokenav - Trainer's Eye).

Information above is correct minus the Route 120 typo, he meant re-enter Route 115 over and over until you get the rematch option. I suggest using the Meteor Falls entrance above him so you're refreshing both Black Belt and Dragon Fang

Rematches have a 31% chance of happening every 255 steps on the area you are standing. I used max repels as measure unit because they last 250 steps and a few more steps and re entered the area, which is what refreshes the trainer's eyes list. With 2-3 super repels I got the rematches.

An easy way to get a Pokemon with Thief is to use a heart scale at the move tutor with Kecleon. Kecleon learns Thief at Level 1. This way you don't have to use the only TM46 Thief in the game.

@WKGames Dude, you have to use an item, which is dropped, from a pokemon to make it remember an attack, from level 1

A good alternative to thief would be Covet. Linoone learns it at lvl 35

Skitty also gets Covet at lvl 31 as another alternative if anyone is willing to do that grind
