Beat the game three times now, 2nd and 3rd time I KILLED every single enemy that appeared and collected every item/orb and still only got 111,900 pts.... someone PLEASE tell me what the hell am I missing....

Go through level 2 until you get the three spinning flame powerup and use that to break the orb right after to get the 1-up. Fall in the water and repeat the level as many times as you want for more points.

Thanks for the tip, really dumb that THIS is the only way to obtain it, but oh well, it's done now :S

For anyone else having trouble with this, you do have to have over 125,000 points and the cheevo will pop at the final boss.

Correction to above statements. You need to get 120000 points after defeating of the final boss or 45000 points when entering his room (as you will be rewarded of 75000 points). Farming points of Stage 2 is not required. Just allowed but you need to beat the game too, so it's kinda pointless. You don't need to destroy every enemy in one life. You can die 2-3 times.
