I finished the game with UFO ending, Total time 1h 21m, and I didn't get the achievement.

So I'm guessing this can't be done with the UFO ending? Shouldn't that be added to to the achievement description so people don't waste their time on trying.

I got the achievement by finishing the game with one of the regular endings by defeating the Incubator. Anyway, it looks like they modified the achievement days after I didn't get it with the UFO ending.

I finished the game in 1h 11m on New Fear with Hyper Blast and didn't get the achievement. So I played the game on normal, not on New Fear thinking that could be it, I did it in 1h 20m but it still didn't count. What I need to do?

Try to submit a ticket to support, maybe it is a parameter of your emulator.

Well, I loaded your save state, beat the game, and got the achievement without any issues. This is the second time this exact thing has happened to me with Duckstation. We don't *officially* support Duckstation due to stuff like this. Good news is that I got the Duckstation dev to add RA_Integration to a test build so a handful of us RA devs can actually properly test achievement processing. Stuff like this should help.

Anyway, my best guess is that loading save states caused some memory leak and/or burn-in (it happens), which would have affected the achievement processing. Not much I can do for now. I'll manually unlock it for you, though.

Is there a more specific explanation? I've already finished the game 7 times and it just won't unlock this achievement.
I would be grateful if you could unlock it manually for me.

Reading the previous comment about using Duckstation, I decided to change the emulator and thus managed to solve the problem. Thanks for the support, televandalist.

Ah darn I didn't read this until now and I also used Duckstation it seems like this is literally the only achievement in the whole set that doesn't work with the emulator. Will put in a manual unlock w/ proof but I won't put in a ticket since that seems like it would be pretty pointless.

Hi, Same thing happened with me, just finished with the UFO ending on next fear no pop, total time 1h 3m, I will open a ticket.

Got this achievement on duckastation nightly build without problem.

Do not do the Cybil skip glitch at the amusement park to get this one. Finally managed to get the achievement on Duckstation, and the only thing I did differently was doing the amusement park dev intended (saved Cybil during the fight with her)
