    I think this achievement may be broken, when I kill it the achievement doesn't unlock, same goes for every boss after this.

    They go by event flags and are locked to new games, not Next Fear. The latter seems to be the most common cause of failed unlocks of unmissable progression cheevos in this game.

    same here, 1st playthrough on Hard, all bosses before and the moth boss after gave both achievements but this one did not give any
