I went Pigeons > Jumpers > Signs > Arches. Although I sort of got the last of the pigeons whilst getting the jumpers, and charged through an arch to get to the signs.

Got a 1:11.70 which isn't the best time in the world but as long as you get a good Pigeon/Jumper section you'll be fine to hit the target.

I casually snagged a 1:04:80, and lemme tell you how I went about it.

I went for Pigeons first, knocking out any Jumpers that were in my way but not focusing on them. I then took the far path to begin the Arches which lead to the Stop Signs which I began hitting, grabbing the one Arch in between the last Signs, before going forward to finish the Arches. That will take you straight back to the Jumpers which can be cleaned out from there.
