Ive used all the possible sub items and their crash ability but no achievement, am I missing something?

Dagger, Axe, Book, Watch, Ring, Hand, cross, Water, and Stone. All you have to do it press triangle to use each one correct?

Yes, those should be them all. They must be done under one session. Make sure you're using the latest version of your cores if you're playing using RetroArch.

Ive gotten a ton of other achievements on the same core and session, the core is up to date, and all the items can be found in one room and Ive used all 9. Is this bugged maybe?

You can't find the watch on Alchemy Room. It's on the marble gallery..

All 9 items are in the same room. Watch is all the way on the left side

Senhores, acabei de fazer aqui.
O local em questão é na sala abaixo do relógio onde estão todos os itens.

Vá de um em um apertando triangulo (especial). Não terá corações para todos, então memorize em qual item parou, suba até o relógio e encha os corações novamente.

Depois desça e continue de onde parou.
