Depois que voce ja visitou o Ferry Man ele nao aparece mais na luneta, ao que parece. E nessa conquista eu acho que voce tem que entrar e sair da area ate que ela esteja limpa, sem nevoa nem chuva

Dunno why, but this popped only after visiting him in both places and, then, going back to the spyglass. Which is strange (no pun intended) when taking the title into account.

Pessoal, eu fiz essa conquista depois de ter zerado o game 100%.

Os requisitos são:

• o tempo não pode está chuvoso;
• o clima não pode está nublado;

Eu não consegui de primeiro, assim que cheguei ele não estava lá.

Então, eu voltou uma tela apenas e retornei a luneta — ele tava lá.
