with the previous link i managed to do it in 1:03.56 in like 10-20 tries

got it just a tad under 1:06. I feel I can easily get it to like 1:02 considering i missed a couple easy shots at the planes.

I watched the video and I was able to get it first try with that route in 56s because I missed a couple planes on their first pass. Solid video tutorial!

hardest part is getting the boats n arches nice and swift, so many times i plunged into water.

I hate this level. I stopped doing the chest path first and went around to follow the boats. Three of them group up right near each other which helps. Then it's a matter of dealing with those lousy aeroplanes.

oop, just got credited this achievement for a 1:10.01...
1:01 on retry though. always thought this was the hardest flight level as a kid

One thing with these achievements - I'd like it if the videos at the top of the page were the ones posted in the comments by users like Psychosteve. The speedrunning routes are a lot more complicated and they're overkill for meeting the times the achievements require.
