    I think it's missable because if you enter the Pokemon Fun Club house for the first time with Pikachu in your box, you miss the opportunity to interact with Clefairy for the rest of the game, even if you return there with Pikachu.

    Same thing applies with the Bill achievement.

    So I went there when Pikachu had a status effect so he didnt do the animation. Can I still get it? He was with me, just unable to do the love animation.
