    Are you allowed to have other pokemons in your party, or you can only have Pikachu?

    No switch to other pokemon in your party while battle. Only Pikachu!

    Easiest way to get this cheevo is to save right before you walk down the stairs. Make sure pikachu is in your first slot. Rinse and repeat until you win with pika. Either you can grind, or just buy a bunch of potions in order to btfo TR.

    I had my Pikachu at lv 16 with thundershock, quick attack, double team and thunderwave. thunderwave first, use double team a couple times and make sure to have at least 5 or more potions
