Apparently this is missable if you choose a certain dialog option in the Kalm flashback. Anyone know a way around this? Otherwise this should have the missable icon

Playthrough 1: Went to church immediately after getting Cloud and key to Sector 5. Aeris never appeared. Beat the game but had a save file after just after getting Cloud back. I beat the game and then tried redoing this achievement by reloading the old save file. She still didn't appear BUT after doing a soft reset and loading my endgame file in disc 3 the achievement immediately appeared. So that's a glitchy way of getting it I assume.

I also read: https://finalfantasy.fandom.com/wiki/Aeris%27s_ghost That while in Kalm viewing Clouds flashback in Nibelheim, if IN the flashback you ask the Innkeeper: "Let me know the situation of the town." Then it will permanently disable Aeris' appearance.. for some reason that's unknown. If true, then that explains why it never triggered for me.

Also missed on first playthrough. Never knew about the innkeeper glitch. Will pick-up on low-level playthrough.
