As soon as you get the Buggy, go back to Junon (you can enter Costa del Sol using the Buggy and go back to Junon through the Cargo Ship). Get across a river near Junon and you will find a cave where an Old Man is sleeping inside. When the ammount of enemies you defeated ends in 11, 33, 55, 77 or 99. Talk to the Old Man and he will give you a Mythril. Then, as soon as you get the Tiny Bronco, go to the small house near Gongaga and grab the small box on top of the stairs to get Aerith's Limit Break.

Can be done during a low level playthrough if you don't mind saving your game, then killing an extra 140 or so enemies
