The description of this achievement lead me to believe that it is unlocked after taking the lift from the dock and seeing Snake in his tuxedo but that doesn't seem to be the case. Either that or the achievement is bugged for me.

Pase el final con el traje de gala pero no conseguí el logro.¿Alguien sabe en qué momento dan el logro?

You have to have completed the game twice yourself on the same save.
If you don't have the relevant trophies, then it won't pop.
It should pop about halfway up the lift from the dock.
