    FYI for anyone not sure, you can get this achievement while using continues. You just can't save like the achievement states.

    Not sure if I misunderstood this or it was a bug. I have this achievement trigger right after torture scene ends in my second playthrough. I thought "entire game" means no save from start to credits.

    A good tip; there's a glitch involving vents that can get you to the torture area from the same floor as the DARPA chief, ~5 minutes into the game, and it's used in many speedruns. Saved me quite a lot of time ;)

    This sucks.. tried to combined it with the cold cheevo but ffor that u have to quit one tortue and not got it-. and also no cold.. this suxx so hard. Worse cheevo in a overloaded set with cheevos u are asking just why-.-
