For anyone wondering about this one, to catch cold you have to surrender to the torture, then wait for a while and you'll catch cold. If you reach the communications tower before you catch cold, you won't or if you have it, going there will cure it

yo obtuve el resfriado desde mucho antes de la sala de tortura y esperé hasta conseguir la medicina y no obtuve el logro. tiene que ser rindiéndose en la sala de tortura?
