any advice to get this? i dont find a enemy who drops it...

I used the water slimes at Mt Tigerwolf that drop Water Pieces. I found 7 Earth pieces through my playthrough though so that's probably easiest

For future reference, just take an hour or so on Mt. Tigerwolf across the bridge west of Gregminster fighting the Killer Slimes and releasing/running from the other enemy groups and you'll have more than enough water rune pieces for your weapon. They're my favorite element to attach b/c every level on your weapon heals 5 HP to your character at the start of each turn.

Water pieces are so overpowered. After getting this achievment I reset and reloaded my game because Tir healing 25 HP every turn makes the game too easy
